Real Estate will sell first, followed by inventory. Due the large amount of inventory, items are separated into  numbered lots and will be sold in lot order outside from an inventory list.

To inspect items prior to the auction, the store will be open Friday, Sept. 30 from 12 noon until 6 pm

Bring boxes and lawn chairs and be prepared to stay for a while.
